The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mihr lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but circles away quickly and effectively.

Mihr forces back against the cage and clinches.
has Mihr pressed against the cage, preventing Mihr from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
throws an elbow but it misses.

Mihr is trying to pull guard but turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Mihr has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

shoots in looking for a takedown but Mihr manages to keep the fight standing, pushing 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

backing away here, and Mihr unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
dives in and grabs Mihr's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mihr pushes down on 's head and hops out.
Mihr fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt .
Mihr looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Gerry .
