Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stacy Molina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petar Wazniac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wazniac throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Molina's waist but Molina gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wazniac off to one side.

Molina closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Wazniac to the mat! Wazniac manages to get full guard.

Wazniac pushes Molina off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Molina looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Molina keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Molina tries to close the distance and clinch but Wazniac swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Wazniac throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Molina tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Wazniac is in Molina's guard.

Molina shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wazniac pinned against the cage. Wazniac gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Molina really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Molina looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wazniac is fending him off so far but Molina persists. Nope, Wazniac circles away and we're back to standing.

Molina breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wazniac goes for a double leg but Molina avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Molina continues to drive forward.

and Molina counters with a head kick. That will keep Wazniac thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Molina changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Wazniac fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That was a close second round but I would say that Stacy Molina will probably get the nod.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Molina has hold of Wazniac's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Wazniac manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Wazniac shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Molina sprawls well. Molina wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wazniac gets slowly back to his feet.
