PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cormac Mac Airt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rascal Donkashane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mac Airt comes to the cage accompanied by Wolf Blood. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mac Airt cracks Donkashane with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Donkashane tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mac Airt swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Donkashane fails with the takedown
and Mac Airt cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Donkashane gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Mac Airt counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mac Airt with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Nice uppercut lands for Mac Airt. That snapped Donkashane's head back.
Mac Airt keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Mac Airt clobbers Donkashane with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Mac Airt misses with the combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mac Airt connects with a right hand. Donkashane shakes it off.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Donkashane tries to move into range but Mac Airt moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Mac Airt, as that shot connected.
Mac Airt circles away from the clinch attempt
and Donkashane takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Donkashane is rocked!
Mac Airt cracks Donkashane on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Donkashane falls backwards against the cage. Mac Airt follows up with more strikes that drop Donkashane to his knees. Mac Airt keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Donkashane! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cormac Mac Airt!
Cormac Mac Airt looked relieved post fight as he said the following; '"With a host, with a valiant band Well did he go into Connacht. Alas, that he saw the blood of Conn On the side of Cuchulain's sword!"'.
