Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Veli Schwarzeneg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Unai Arana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arana is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: NoMeansNo - Beat on the Brat. Unai Arana told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schwarzeneg tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Arana swivels and escapes.
Arana wants to counter with a clinch but Schwarzeneg pushes him away.
Arana connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Schwarzeneg shoots and misses
and Arana makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Schwarzeneg really felt that one!
Arana lands a nice shot to the body.
Schwarzeneg takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Schwarzeneg walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Arana throws a nice head kick!
Schwarzeneg fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Veli Schwarzeneg. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Arana counters with a big right hand! Oh Schwarzeneg is in trouble here! Arana follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
