The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oalognov gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Oalognov tries to break the clinch but Xyd is controlling the position.
Oalognov has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Oalognov is looking to break free of the clinch but Xyd has double underhooks.
Xyd has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Oalognov after a bit of a struggle.
Oalognov throws an elbow but it misses.
Oalognov is trying to break the clinch but Xyd has him pressed against the cage.
Xyd is trying to pull guard but Oalognov turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Xyd drags the fight down to the ground.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Oalognov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Oalognov decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Xyd scores with a hook to the body. Oalognov takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Xyd throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Oalognov misses with a jab, cross combination.

It looks like Krigniv Oalognov has been cut.
Xyd takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Oalognov tries to clinch up.
Xyd fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Oalognov should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That kick from Xyd tenderised Oalognov's leg. Oalognov is trying to keep his angry face on.
Xyd swings for the body but Oalognov moves out of range.
Xyd fakes the leg kick and cracks Oalognov in the body.
Oalognov looks winded!
Oalognov throws a head kick but Xyd moves out of range.
Xyd scores with a spinning back kick!
Xyd lands with a kick to the ribs.
Oalognov steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Xyd. That one must have hurt.
Xyd lands a nice looking body kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Xyd lands a big head kick that sends Oalognov tumbling to the mat! Xyd takes a step backwards and waves Oalognov back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Oalognov is rocked!
Oalognov walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Xyd swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
