Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anton Gedewell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mophaf Bungradidoa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anton Gedewell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mophaf Bungradidoa!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gedewell swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Some wild striking there from Gedewell.
Gedewell swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Bungradidoa shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gedewell manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Bungradidoa is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Gedewell on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gedewell tries to get out of the position.
Gedewell pulls Bungradidoa in close to his closed guard and prevents Bungradidoa from doing any damage or advancing position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gedewell wants to stand and escape but Bungradidoa is having none of it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Gedewell shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bungradidoa defends it nicely.
Bungradidoa throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gedewell's waist but Gedewell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bungradidoa off to one side.
Gedewell throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Gedewell has taken the fight to the clinch.
Gedewell is pressed up against the cage. Bungradidoa has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Gedewell down to the mat. Gedewell avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Gedewell gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Gedewell can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bungradidoa controls the pace.

Bungradidoa's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Bungradidoa tries to free his leg and advance position but Gedewell is retaining full guard.
Bungradidoa controls from within his opponent's guard.
Gedewell preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Gedewell will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Gedewell is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Gedewell utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Bungradidoa circles away from the clinch attempt.

Bungradidoa closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gedewell to the mat! Gedewell manages to get full guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Bungradidoa tries to free his leg and advance position but Gedewell is retaining full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gedewell controls Bungradidoa momentarily but Bungradidoa frees himself.
Bungradidoa postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Bungradidoa throwing strikes from guard but Gedewell blocks nicely.
Bungradidoa stands up over Gedewell, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Bungradidoa is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Bungradidoa drops back looking for a leg! Gedewell is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gedewell manages to kick Bungradidoa off! Bungradidoa jumps back into Gedewell's guard.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mophaf Bungradidoa dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Bungradidoa rushes Gedewell and presses him up against the cage.
Gedewell is trying to force a seperation but Bungradidoa has the dominant position.

Bungradidoa breaks from the clinch.

Bungradidoa feints and as Gedewell raises his hands in defense, Bungradidoa changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bungradidoa sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gedewell's guard.
Nice strikes from Bungradidoa there.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Bungradidoa. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Gedewell wants to control but Bungradidoa is keeping busy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bungradidoa moves nicely into side control.

Bungradidoa thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Bungradidoa has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Gedewell tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bungradidoa wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Bungradidoa scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Gedewell to see if he's OK.

Gedewell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bungradidoa on the ground.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Bungradidoa is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Gedewell looks calm but he's in trouble here. Bungradidoa gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Gedewell is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Bungradidoa lets go of the hold and Gedewell can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Mophaf Bungradidoa!
