Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 wins, 8 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of Helsinki, DJ Maximus!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Alec Ball.



The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kerenzikov looks for a takedown but Maximus sprawls well.
Maximus is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Kerenzikov with a body shot.
Kerenzikov looks to land a combination but Maximus avoids it well.
Kerenzikov connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like DJ Maximus has been cut.
Maximus just misses with a punch to the body.
Kerenzikov appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Kerenzikov shoots in looking for a takedown. Maximus tries to sprawl out of it but Kerenzikov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Maximus manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Argivas Kerenzikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kerenzikov gets tackled into the cage by Maximus. Maximus maintains the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Maximus working aggressively here.
Maximus lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Kerenzikov tries to score a body lock takedown but Maximus shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Argivas Kerenzikov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Maximus gets through Kerenzikov's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Maximus scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Maximus lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Kerenzikov has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Maximus avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Maximus lands a right hand that snaps the head of Kerenzikov backwards.

Kerenzikov is rocked!
Maximus lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Oh Kerenzikov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Maximus unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Kerenzikov! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Maximus is unloading with more strikes now! Kerenzikov drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). DJ Maximus!
An out of breath DJ Maximus thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
