PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jaius Garcius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rab Rehab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garcius comes to the cage accompanied by Destroy Everything. Rehab has chosen saturday nights alright for fighting as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rehab checks a low kick from Garcius.

Garcius shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rehab napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Rehab sneaks out the side door and pushes Garcius away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Rehab avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rehab connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like Jaius Garcius has been cut.
A lazy left from Rehab finds it's target.
Garcius looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Garcius misses with a few strikes there.
Garcius is looking to clinch but Rehab is avoiding it.
Rehab shoots for a takedown but Garcius saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Garcius fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rehab avoids it really well and circles away.

Rehab dodges the punch combination from Garcius.
Rehab catches Garcius with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Rehab ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Garcius moves away.
Garcius throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Garcius fails to land the takedown.

Garcius clinches with his opponent.
Garcius throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Rehab blocks it with crossed arms.
Still in the clinch, Rehab scores with a nice short uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Garcius gets through Rehab's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Rehab lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Garcius blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Garcius throws a knee to the head but misses.
A nice right hand lands inside from Rehab.

Rehab manages to break the clinch.
Garcius gets in close and tags Rehab with a short punch that almost sends Rehab to the mat! Oh Rehab is in big trouble! He turns his back on Garcius, trying to create some distance but Garcius rushes him, striking wildly and Rehab goes down! The referee tackles Garcius into the cage to end the fight! Garcius is one violent man!

A less than humble Jaius Garcius misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
