The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeemed is looking to clinch but Sousa is avoiding it.

Overeemed shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sousa's guard.
Sousa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Overeemed. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Overeemed is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sousa sees it coming and defends easily.
