The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingston scores with a jab. Riku acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Riku smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Daniel Kingston has been cut.
Kingston shoots in for a takedown but Riku shows good takedown defense.
Kingston scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Kingston throws the left hand but Riku avoids the punch easily.
Kingston takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kingston connects with a crisp jab.
Riku cracks Kingston with a hook to the temple - Kingston is on wobbly legs here! Riku swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Kingston falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Riku wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Lazuran Riku!
Lazuran Riku decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
