Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Badger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 32 - 1, fighting out of London, Jack Stelling !
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badger takes a kick to the side of the head.
Badger looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Stelling enables Badger to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Stelling manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Badger prevents Stelling from getting back to his feet.

Stelling kicks Badger off and gets to his feet.

Badger shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Stelling 's guard.

Stelling manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stelling drives through with a takedown into Badger's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Stelling stands and steps away. Badger gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Badger postures up in Stelling 's guard and throws a big left but Stelling blocks it.

Stelling uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Badger closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Stelling 's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stelling wants to stand up but Badger is controlling him.
Badger postures up in Stelling 's guard and throws a big left but Stelling blocks it.
Badger stops Stelling from standing up.

Stelling looking to control.
Badger lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Badger throwing strikes but missing.
Badger working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Stelling 's head.
Stelling trying to keep a closed guard but Badger is proving a slippery customer.
Badger throws a strike but Stelling rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Stelling stays in close to Badger's body and controls the position.
Stelling passes Badger's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Stelling looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Stelling controlling the pace.
Badger is trying to control but can't.
Stelling looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Badger controlling the position well.

Badger is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Stelling pulls his head out easily.
Badger knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stelling on the ground.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Stelling landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Badger is trying to maintain the position but Stelling is very close to passing his half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Badger slips a jab and a cross from Stelling .
Badger goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Stelling closes the distance and clinches.

Stelling breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Stelling throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Stelling dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Stelling clinches.
A short right from Stelling on the inside.
Stelling tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Badger's elbow.

Stelling ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Stelling no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Badger lands a couple of decent looking shots.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Stelling manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Badger has Stelling pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Stelling manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Stelling manages to break the clinch.
Badger tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Stelling defends well and Badger ends up having to push Stelling into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Stelling plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Stelling closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Badger changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Stelling fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Badger. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A nice leg kick lands there from Stelling .
Badger shoots in but no luck this time.
Stelling looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Stelling , as that shot connected.
Stelling connects with an inside leg kick.
Badger shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Stelling pinned against the cage. Stelling gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Stelling has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Stelling throws a right and a left that Badger avoids nicely.
Badger shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Stelling counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Badger takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Badger pushes Stelling up against the cage in a clinch.
Stelling stalling in the clinch but Badger improves position.
Badger is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Stelling gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Stelling breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Badger fails with a takedown attempt.

Stelling scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Badger is looking to get back to his feet here but Stelling is keeping cool and he's managed to take Badger's back.

Badger can't escape the position.
Stelling loading up with punches from the back mount - how long can Badger hold on?

Stelling is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Stelling scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
Badger staying busy and making it hard for Stelling to control.
