Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mason Jiller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nerd Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jiller might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Japanese Mix. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jiller pushes Diaz up against the cage in a clinch.
Jiller has Diaz pushed against the cage.

Diaz has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Jiller clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
I really don't envy Jiller right now.
Jiller knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Diaz on the ground.
Jiller's corner are yelling at him, telling him to just focus on controlling Diaz's hands.

Diaz misses with a punch to the head.
Jiller tries to escape but Diaz has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Diaz throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.

Diaz is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Diaz is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Jiller is defending well though. Diaz let's go of the attempt for now.

Can Jiller hold on?! Diaz is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Diaz looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
Jiller trying to control the action but Diaz just sinks the hooks in.

Diaz looking for the choke but no joy.
Jiller is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Westside Martial Arts that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Diaz is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Jiller knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Jiller for a finish.
Jiller wants to escape the position.
Jiller manages to reverse the position and now he's in Diaz's guard. Nice work there by Jiller.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Jiller postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Diaz is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Diaz pushes a forearm under Jiller's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Jiller is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
