The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nunez scores with a takedown into Bloker's guard.

Nunez is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bloker looking for a sweep but Nunez has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Bloker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nunez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Nunez lands a big elbow.
Bloker tries to hold on but Nunez postures up.

Nunez is landing with some decent strikes but Bloker is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Nunez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Nunez lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
