Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neo Wiggin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neo Wiggin will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wolf bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wolf connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Wiggin some visible discomfort.
Wolf working the ground and pound.
Wiggin tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Wolf wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Wiggin managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Wolf.
Wiggin is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Wolf lands a decent elbow from side control.

We've been hearing that Wolf has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Wiggin wants to pass the guard but Wolf is keeping the position.
Wolf looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Wolf lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.


Wolf drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wiggin looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wiggin looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wiggin!

Wolf is looking to regain half guard here but Wiggin keeps moving and retains side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wiggin looks up at the clock and then as Wolf takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Wiggin smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Wolf is looking for a sweep.
Wiggin fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Wolf is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Wiggin trying to control the position but Wolf is working away.
Wolf manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Wolf is nestled in close to Wiggin, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Wolf has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Wolf working over Wiggin with some ground and pound. Wiggin looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Wolf prevents Wiggin from improving his position.
Wolf lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Wolf with the ground and pound but Wiggin uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Wolf postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wiggin looking for a sweep. Not yet Wiggin, not yet.
Wolf throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Wiggin works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Wolf with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Wolf works over Wiggin with some ground and pound from guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Wolf's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Wiggin lands a decent punch to the body there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hugo Wolf dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Wiggin works the jab nicely.
Wiggin stuffs the takedown.
Wolf misses with a takedown attempt
and Wiggin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wolf shoots in looking for a takedown. Wiggin tries to sprawl out of it but Wolf keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wiggin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hugo Wolf. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wiggin looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wiggin with a nice cross.
Wiggin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
A shot to the liver by Wiggin. Beautiful body shot.
Wolf on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Good standup being displayed there by Wiggin as he connects with a hook.
Wolf tries to close the distance and clinch but Wiggin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Wiggin lands a two punch combo.
Wiggin throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wolf stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wiggin cracks Wolf with a good jab.


Wolf is rocked!
Wiggin closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Wolf! Wiggin dives in looking to finish! Wolf is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Neo Wiggin!
A very excited looking Neo Wiggin rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
