Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cosmo Oarsman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wi Tu Lo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oarsman throws a nice outside leg kick.
Oarsman wants to clinch.
Lo keeps the fight on the outside.
Lo throws a lazy right hand but Oarsman sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Oarsman tries to clinch but Lo is having none of it.
Lo missing with a left hand there. Oarsman was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Lo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Oarsman has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Oarsman blocks a leg kick.
Lo dives in and grabs Oarsman's left leg, looking for a takedown. Oarsman pushes down on Lo's head and hops out.
Lo throws a head kick but Oarsman moves out of range.
Lo throws a sloppy head kick and Oarsman moves out of range easily.
Oarsman fails with an attempt to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Oarsman finds it's way round the side to connect with Lo's head.
No joy there for Lo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Oarsman tries to clinch up but Lo circles away and keeps his distance.
Lo uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Oarsman clobbers Lo with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

I was talking to Oarsman's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Oarsman just misses with a elbow thrown towards Lo's brow.
Lo lands a hook that snaps the head of Oarsman backwards.

Wi Tu Lo dominated that round.

Lo plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Oarsman swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Oarsman face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
