Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ernie Farrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Machoo Proboo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machoo Proboo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Proboo clinches with his opponent.
Farrell avoiding damage as Proboo throws knees to the body.

Proboo turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Farrell throws Proboo to one side and escapes!

Proboo shoots in and gets a takedown into Farrell's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Proboo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Farrell is aware though and is defending well.

Proboo is looking for a triangle but Farrell pushes his legs off easily.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Farrell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Proboo wants the takedown. Farrell is fighting it off but Proboo persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Farrell's guard against the cage.

Farrell bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Proboo's guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Farrell working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Farrell lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Proboo at a distance.
Proboo lands a really nice looking cross but Farrell seems unphased.
Farrell goes for a double leg but Proboo avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Proboo continues to drive forward.
Farrell tries to score a power double leg takedown but Proboo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Farrell somewhat.

Proboo shoots in and bounces Farrell off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Proboo shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Farrell manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Farrell will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Proboo gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Proboo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Farrell sprawls well initially but Proboo persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Proboo content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Farrell is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Proboo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Proboo's back!

Proboo manages to get to his feet, escaping the difficult position.

Farrell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Farrell is wriggling around but Proboo manages to pass to half guard.

Farrell is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Machoo Proboo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Proboo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Farrell gets caught flat footed, as Proboo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Proboo's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Proboo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Farrell can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Machoo Proboo is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Farrell ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Farrell no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Machoo Proboo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Proboo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
