The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kanagawa.
Kanagawa appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Kanagawa definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Kanagawa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Halo.

Kanagawa takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Halo swings around for an armbar but Kanagawa sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Halo's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kanagawa accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Halo sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kanagawa's guard.
