The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bubbles rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bawls moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bawls ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bubbles moves away.

Bubbles has closed the distance and engaged Bawls in a clinch.

Bubbles clobbers Bawls with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Ricky Bubbles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bawls is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Bawls is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Bubbles has his hands clasped together but Bawls extends and breaks Bubbles's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Bawls.
