The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sears throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Sears tries a body shot but Walsh blocks it.

Walsh pulls guard effortlessly.

Walsh is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sears defends well.

Walsh is looking for a triangle but Sears pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sears trying to stand up but can't free himself from Walsh's guard.

Walsh is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Walsh has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Sears should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Walsh has tightened it up now! Sears should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
