The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Jacobis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Jacobi takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Thomas cracks Jacobi with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
No luck for Jacobi with that takedown attempt.
Jacobi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Thomas's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jacobi under the eye.
Jacobi rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Thomas counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Thomas bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Oooooh!!! Thomas has knocked Jacobi down with a huge combo! Thomas steps away and waves a wobbly Jacobi back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Jacobi is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thomas cracks Jacobi with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Thomas has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Jacobi to stand back up!
Oh Jacobi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jacobi thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jacobi leaves his chin hanging out and Thomas seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Jacobi crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
