The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wiesen goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Wiesen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Wiesen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Knutsson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wiesen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Knutsson .
A looping hook to the body misses from Wiesen. Knutsson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Eric Wiesen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Knutsson misses with a hook. Wiesen ducked under it nicely.
Wiesen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

and Knutsson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Knutsson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Wiesen. Wiesen obviously looking to wear him down.
Wiesen pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Wiesen avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Knutsson throws a body punch but Wiesen moves out of range.

enabling Knutsson to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Eric Wiesen has been cut.

Wiesen looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Wiesen looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Knutsson has closed the distance and engaged Wiesen in a clinch.

Knutsson lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Wiesen tries to throw a body punch but Knutsson avoids it by throwing Wiesen back against the cage.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Wiesen.

Knutsson scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Wiesen is rocked!
Knutsson dips a shoulder and cracks Wiesen with a mighty uppercut! Wiesen falls back against the cage and Knutsson unloads with a barrage of strikes! Wiesen is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Knutsson screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

A relieved looking Bjorn Knutsson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
