Herman comes to the cage accompanied by Many Men . Frost has chosen Hits from the bong - Cypress Hill as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost scores with a sloppy right hand. Herman should have avoided that one.
Frost moves in looking to clinch but Herman pushes him off.
Frost takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Frost tries to close the distance and clinch but Herman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Frost throws a looping overhand right but Herman ducks down to avoid it.
Herman throws a big counter combination but Frost scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Frost throws a low kick, looking for Herman's leg but Herman calmly moves out of range.
Herman paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Steven Frost has been cut.
Herman swats away the attempt to clinch by Frost.
Herman cracks Frost with a good jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frost lands a jab to the nose.
Frost fails with an attempt to clinch.
Herman looks to throw the jab but Frost is out of range.
Herman moves away from the strike by Frost.
Herman scores with a three punch combo!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Frost misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Frost throws a jab but it's blocked by Herman.
Herman appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Herman keeps the fight on the outside.
Herman gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Frost.
Frost has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Frost swings widly with a right hand
and Herman makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Steven Frost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Frost misses with a double jab.
As Frost looks to move away, Herman throws a big counter combo but Frost just gets out of the way.
Herman throws a right and a left that Frost avoids nicely.
Frost scores with a jab. Herman acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Herman slips under a jab from Frost.
Frost throws an overhand right that lands on Herman's shoulder, as Herman tries to avoid the shot.
Frost tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Herman counters with a straight right hand.

Frost pushes Herman up against the cage in a clinch.
Herman scores with a shot to the side of Frost's head.

Frost is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Frost.
Frost is still on wobbly legs! Can Herman finish him?
Frost blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Frost seems to have recovered his senses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Frost tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Herman just stands there and leans against the cage.
Frost misses with some punches.
A short right from Herman.
Herman scores with a hook to the body.
A body shot lands from Herman.
Herman makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Herman avoids the elbow strike from Frost, against the cage.
Frost drops down looking for an ankle pick but Herman pulls his leg out and moves away.
A telegraphed right hand from Frost misses the target.
Frost ducks into an uppercut from Herman and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
