The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Idowu scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

It looks like Max Roberts has been cut.
Idowu scores with a jab. Roberts acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Roberts tries to score a power double leg takedown but Idowu sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Roberts somewhat.
Idowu bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Roberts's head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Idowu misses with a combination

and Roberts counters by clinching up.
Roberts jumps guard but Idowu stands there with Roberts around his waist. Roberts gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Idowu looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Idowu escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Roberts gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Idowu.
Donk. Idowu catches Roberts right on the button with a cross.
Idowu staying out of range there.
Idowu drops down looking for a counter takedown but Roberts sprawls and moves away.
Idowu darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Roberts is rocked!
Idowu is stalking Roberts. Roberts circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Idowu, and it's lights out! Roberts really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

Prince Idowu made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'I am ready to fight Hermann if he wins tonight. Call me the Wolf Hunter!'.
