The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frye shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Escabar sprawls well. Escabar wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Frye gets slowly back to his feet.
Escabar fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Frye has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Escabar finds it's way round the side to connect with Frye's head.
It looks like Everette Frye has been cut.
Escabar scores with a jab to the body.
Frye is breathing heavily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Escabar drops Frye with a big left hand! Frye is injured, injured bad! Escabar jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
