Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Warrawut Kiatjamroon!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiatjamroon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Esch misses with a straight right.
Kiatjamroon has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Esch is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Kiatjamroon works over Esch's head and body with a nice combination.


It looks like Eric Esch has been cut.
Esch misses with a hook.
Kiatjamroon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Esch avoids the head kick by Kiatjamroon.
Kiatjamroon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
It looked like Esch wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Esch misses with a straight right.
Kiatjamroon misses with an uppercut
and Esch counters with a series of strikes. Kiatjamroon will be more careful next time no doubt.

It looks like Warrawut Kiatjamroon has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Esch moves out of range of the strikes.

Kiatjamroon walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Esch rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Kiatjamroon has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.
Kiatjamroon thows a left - swing and a miss!
Kiatjamroon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Esch manages to avoid it.
Esch swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Kiatjamroon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kiatjamroon misses with a lunging right hand
and Esch connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Kiatjamroon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kiatjamroon just misses with a punch to the body.
Warrawut Kiatjamroon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Esch misses with a hook.
Esch misses with a double jab.
Kiatjamroon throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Esch.

Esch clips Kiatjamroon with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Kiatjamroon a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.
Esch looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Kiatjamroon walks into a big right hand from Esch and goes down! The referee sends Esch to a neutral corner as Kiatjamroon gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Esch throws a jab but it's blocked by Kiatjamroon.
Kiatjamroon throws a one two combo.
Kiatjamroon defending well as Esch loads up on a big left hand.
Kiatjamroon misses with a head kick.
Kiatjamroon throws a head kick that misses.
Esch seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Kiatjamroon falls off balance throwing a combination
and Esch makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Kiatjamroon looks winded!
Esch is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kiatjamroon.
Kiatjamroon throws a right and a left that Esch avoids nicely.
Esch catches Kiatjamroon napping and connects with a fantastic 3 punch combination that sends Kiatjamroon crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but he's all over the place - can he beat the count?!? 4,5,6,7,8...9...10! He didn't make it back to his feet! Esch raises both arms skywards and takes in the roar from the crowd!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Eric Esch!
In his post fight interview, Eric Esch started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Warrawut Kiatjamroon was interviewed post fight and said 'Thank You All !'.
