The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Zoranovic tries to counter by clinching up but Boson breaks away and moves out of range.
Zoranovic defending well as Boson loads up on a big left hand.
Boson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Zoranovic counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Zoranovic.
Zoranovic looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Zoranovic is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Boson pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Boson tries to circle away but Zoranovic has him pinned against the cage.
Zoranovic is trying to pull guard but Boson has him pressed against the cage.
Boson has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Zoranovic tries to pull guard but Boson forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milan Zoranovic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zoranovic drops down looking for an ankle pick but Boson pulls his leg out and moves away.
Boson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Boson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Zoranovic was well out of range. Poor timing from Boson.
Zoranovic tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Higgs Boson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zoranovic fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Boson looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Boson lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Milan Zoranovic has been cut.
Boson tries to bum rush Zoranovic with a series of wild strikes but Zoranovic uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Boson moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Boson catches Zoranovic napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Zoranovic to the canvas!

Higgs Boson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boson connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Zoranovic out cold! This one is over in a flash!
