The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gibbs drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Gibbs is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Morse has escaped the position, nice work there.
Morse is trying to escape the position but Gibbs is controlling the position.
Morse is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gibbs advances to full mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gibbs lands a couple of good shots and Morse has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

Gibbs is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Morse has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Gibbs has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Morse taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Gibbs doesn't care though - he's delighted!
