The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughs listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Hughs swings widly with a right hand
enabling Hill to counter with a crisp jab.
Hill avoids the head kick by Hughs.
It looked like Hill wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Hughs is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hill sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Hughs moves into range and clinches up with Hill.

Hill ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Hughs wants to counter with a clinch but Hill pushes him away.
Hill misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hill ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hughs moves away.

The fighters circle, before Hill throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Hughs's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Hill lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
