Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gerard De Villefort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jendri Pitoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pitoy is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dat $tick- Rich Chigga. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pitoy misses with a series of wild punches.
De Villefort is looking to counter punch.
Pitoy throws a sloppy head kick and De Villefort moves out of range easily.
De Villefort takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Pitoy tries to clinch up but De Villefort circles away and keeps his distance.
De Villefort swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Pitoy throws a hook to the side of De Villefort's head but De Villefort sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A combination from Pitoy does no damage.
Pitoy throws a hook but De Villefort avoids it easily.
De Villefort looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pitoy thuds his right hand into De Villefort's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

and De Villefort counters with a big uppercut that knocks Pitoy off his feet! De Villefort dives into side control looking to finish!

De Villefort will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
De Villefort postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

De Villefort thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

De Villefort is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Pitoy is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Pitoy wants to get back to his feet but De Villefort drags him back down.

Jendri Pitoy's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
