The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frank missing with a left hand there. Kazakov was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Kazakov tries to sprawl but Frank drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Frank wants to stand but Kazakov has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Kazakov has his hands clasped together around Frank's back. He's all about the action.
Frank will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kazakov is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Frank has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kazakov is proving hard to escape from.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Kazakov holds on and takes a little breather.
Kazakov wants to sweep but no luck.

Kazakov had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Frank defends it easily.
Kazakov looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Frank stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Kazakov throws up his legs and catches Frank in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Frank tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Kazakov! That came out of nowhere!
