The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vaughn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Vaughn works Mouwanga's body with a nice hook.
Vaughn dodges the punch combination from Mouwanga.
Vaughn has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Lonnie Vaughn has been cut.
Mouwanga misses with a hook
and Vaughn counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mouwanga looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mouwanga lands a nice looking body shot.
Mouwanga throws a lazy right hand but Vaughn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Mouwanga uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Vaughn.

It looked like Mouwanga wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Mouwanga tries to close the distance and clinch up but Vaughn swats him away and circles back towards the center.
