Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bom Bam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uriah Faber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uriah Faber is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Faber rushes Bam and presses him up against the cage.

Faber throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bam tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Faber is in Bam's guard.

Faber has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Faber has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Bam has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

I really don't envy Bam right now.

Faber closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bam did well to prevent Faber getting side control.
Faber uses his free foot to push down on Bam's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bam.
