Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roach tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
We've been hearing reports that Harlamov has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Roach scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Harlamov shoots for a double leg takedown but Roach sprawls well. He's pushed Harlamov's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

A little jabbing left from Roach on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Harlamov has gone for a leg lock! Roach slips out almost immediately though and dives into Harlamov's guard.

Harlamov looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Roach has picked Harlamov up and slammed him! Harlamov can't keep hold of the triangle and Roach manages to pass to side control!

Roach lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Harlamov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Roach is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Harlamov.

Roach throws a sloppy head kick and Harlamov moves out of range easily.

Roach has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Harlamov throws a strike but Roach rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Harlamov is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Roach rolls with it to try and escape but Harlamov cranks on the arm and Roach is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
