Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sean Manuwa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Radeon Lafleur!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lafleur misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Manuwa tries to counter with a takedown but Lafleur is quick to defend against it.

Lafleur closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Manuwa quickly recovers to half guard.
Manuwa wants to control but Lafleur is keeping busy.
Lafleur not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Nice strikes from Lafleur there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lafleur is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Lafleur thows a huge punch but Manuwa dodges it nicely.
Manuwa is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Lafleur scores with a couple of nice shots.

Lafleur winds up and cracks Manuwa with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Manuwa landing a few short strikes.

Manuwa looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Manuwa definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Manuwa makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Manuwa.
Lafleur working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lafleur missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lafleur accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Lafleur with a flurry of punches that miss.

Lafleur working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Lafleur keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Manuwa's head.
Lafleur postures up and lands a big shot to Manuwa's brow.
Manuwa will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Manuwa looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Lafleur lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Manuwa is looking to cinch up a triangle. Lafleur throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Manuwa's body to avoid the submission. Manuwa has instead reached around Lafleur's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Manuwa arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
