Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brick DeNiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DeNiro comes to the cage accompanied by One Bad Man. Jimmy James will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeNiro slips a straight right by James.
DeNiro is looking for a counter combo.
James fakes high and swings low for a body shot but DeNiro manages to avoid it.
James misses with a right hand
and DeNiro counters with a left and a right that stings James.
DeNiro uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from James.
DeNiro half committed to a counter leg kick.
DeNiro looks for a takedown but James sprawls well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
DeNiro displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as James throws out the jab.

DeNiro avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
James fakes high and swings low for a body shot but DeNiro manages to avoid it.
It looked like DeNiro was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
DeNiro is trying hard to land a takedown here. James sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

DeNiro fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. James sprawls well initially but DeNiro persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
DeNiro is nestled in close to James, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
DeNiro seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but James does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
James is in trouble now - DeNiro has advanced to mount!

DeNiro won't let James get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
DeNiro has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

James is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

James defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from DeNiro.

James really doesn't want to stay on the ground with DeNiro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
James is bucking up trying to escape but DeNiro cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
James is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
DeNiro lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Oooooh, big shot lands for DeNiro! James is hurt baaadly! DeNiro is firing away with more strikes - James is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
