Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zang Zhai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shi Fu Tu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zhai comes to the cage accompanied by Sampans. Fu Tu has chosen Klendathu drop as his entrance music. Shi Fu Tu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fu Tu throws the left hand but Zhai avoids the punch easily.
Fu Tu digs a good body shot into Zhai's ribs.
That kick from Fu Tu tenderised Zhai's leg. Zhai is trying to keep his angry face on.
Zhai has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Dr Hatsumi's Clinic in the buildup to the fight.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Zhai lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Fu Tu has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Fu Tu and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Fu Tu let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Zhai has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Zhai might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Zang Zhai.
Well Fu Tu has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
