The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Ashley tries for a takedown but Kem circles away easily
and Kem connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Kem counters with a nice uppercut.

Ashley clinches up with Kem and pushes him back against the cage.
Ashley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Ashley closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Ashley is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kem is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Ashley off and has taken his back!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Kem's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Glo Kem showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
