PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oroku Saki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Velgar Disosiondars (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saki comes into the arena with Shredder's Suite blaring out of the sound system. Velgar Disosiondars is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saki scores with a hook.
Disosiondars takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Saki tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Disosiondars was well out of range. Poor timing from Saki.
Saki fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Disosiondars manages to avoid it.
Saki seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Disosiondars keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Despite the aggression on Disosiondars's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Saki moves into the clinch.
Saki is pressed up against the cage. Disosiondars has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Saki down to the mat. Saki avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Saki missing with a left hand there. Disosiondars was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Disosiondars throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Saki.

Disosiondars is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Disosiondars takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Disosiondars has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Saki swings for the body but Disosiondars moves out of range.
Saki throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Disosiondars sees it coming and avoids it easily.
And Disosiondars tries to counter it with a takedown but Saki pushes his down on his head and steps out.
