Coming up we have a light heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Hatsu Matsu and James Penn. Matsu comes to the cage accompanied by LMFAO - Sexy and I Know It. Penn comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Everything in its right place kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Hilo, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 3 losses; James Penn!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Matsu looking to score a takedown here. Penn is defending well but Matsu drives through and ends up in Penn's guard.

Penn is taking a breather. Matsu says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Matsu tries to roll over but Penn keeps him under control.

Penn looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Penn working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Matsu's thigh. Matsu counters though and makes it back to full guard.

Matsu is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Penn has his hands clasped together but Matsu extends and breaks Penn's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Matsu.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 11:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Hatsu Matsu!
