Coming up we have a light heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Balrog Johnson and Miilo Nurkkanen. Johnson comes to the cage accompanied by Gary Clark Jr. - Bright Lights . Nurkkanen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by When im gone remixed by DJ Darkjuice . Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the light heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 1 losses; Balrog Johnson! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Helsinki, with a TWGC record of 6 wins and 3 losses; Miilo Nurkkanen!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.


Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious?
Nurkkanen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nurkkanen off to one side.
Nurkkanen wants to clinch up but Johnson keeps it at a distance.
Nurkkanen darts in looking for a takedown but Johnson gets double underhooks and turns Nurkkanen into the cage.

Johnson drives through and clinches with Nurkkanen against the cage.
Nurkkanen goes for a takedown attempt but Johnson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Balrog Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miilo Nurkkanen.

Let's hope that Nurkkanen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well, with Nurkkanen on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Johnson is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
Johnson tries to escape but Nurkkanen has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Nurkkanen really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Johnson.

Johnson is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Nurkkanen gets his way!
You can see the frustration on Johnson's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

I would not like to be Johnson right now.
It looks like Nurkkanen might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Our spies down at at Holding Cell inform us that Nurkkanen has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
Despite being in a bad position, Johnson is controlling the hands, preventing any submission attempts.
What can Johnson do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

I really don't envy Johnson right now.
Nurkkanen just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
