Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wu Fei Chung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shi Fu Tu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fei Chung comes to the cage accompanied by God of Gamblers. The crowd seem to be enjoying Fu Tu's choice of entrance music: Klendathu drop. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fu Tu moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Fu Tu misses with a body kick.
Fu Tu swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Fei Chung counters with a thumping low kick.
Fei Chung has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Dr Hatsumi's Clinic in the buildup to the fight.
Fu Tu throws a leg kick
and Fei Chung counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Fu Tu drops his hands momentarily and Fei Chung takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Fu Tu with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Fei Chung misses with a series of wild punches.
Fu Tu tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Fei Chung stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Fu Tu jabs Fei Chung right on the nose. Fei Chung blinks but takes it well.
Fu Tu throws a wild body kick that Fei Chung sees coming a mile off.
Shi Fu Tu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fu Tu fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fei Chung has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Fei Chung misses with a hook. Fu Tu ducked under it nicely.

Fu Tu scores with a jab.
Fei Chung keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Fei Chung.
Fu Tu connects with a body shot.
Fu Tu takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Fu Tu lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Fei Chung's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Fu Tu connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Fei Chung scrambles back to his feet.
Fu Tu throws a hook to the side of Fei Chung's head but Fei Chung sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Fu Tu misses with a leg kick.

This has been an exciting period of action!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fei Chung crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Fu Tu - the referee stops the clock and Fei Chung gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Fu Tu. Fei Chung manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Fu Tu tries to land a front kick but Fei Chung steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

and Fu Tu takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Fu Tu lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
The fighters circling - Fu Tu throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

and Fei Chung counters with a three punch combo that has Fu Tu backing up. Fu Tu nods at Fei Chung to acknowledge the strikes.
Fei Chung moves in looking to clinch but Fu Tu pushes him off.

Fu Tu uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Fei Chung.

Fu Tu feints and then cracks Fei Chung's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fei Chung down.
Fei Chung takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Fu Tu misses with a wild combination.

Fei Chung dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Fu Tu avoids a kick to the body.
And Fu Tu responds with a good body kick, but Fei Chung manages to step out the way in time.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fei Chung closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Fu Tu's guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Fei Chung throws a quick counter kick to the body but Fu Tu avoids it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
