Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vit Sakda!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mister Bean!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakda is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sakda has his takedown stuffed
letting Bean counter with a right hand.

Sakda closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Bean has hold of Sakda's hands but Sakda slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Sakda not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Sakda looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bean with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Sakda has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sakda thows a huge punch but Bean dodges it nicely.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sakda connects with a nice short shot to Bean's temple.
Sakda is looking to take a break and control but Bean is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sakda lands a nice short elbow.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bean can do anything to dispel that myth.

Sakda is nestled in close to Bean, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Vit Sakda dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Bean connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Sakda takes one to the chin there.

and Bean counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Sakda shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bean cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Sakda is rocked!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vit Sakda. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bean sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Sakda's defenses. It connects perfectly with Sakda's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
