Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Touko Pouko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krause Kazaksavian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Krause Kazaksavian enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 12 - 0, fighting out of New York, Touko Pouko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Krause Kazaksavian!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Eddie Farnsworth and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pouko throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kazaksavian.
Kazaksavian wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Kazaksavian throws a nice looking combination but Pouko bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A punch combination from Kazaksavian misses.
Pouko keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
A nice combination there by Pouko.

Pouko rushes Kazaksavian and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Pouko blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Pouko.
Kazaksavian is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Pouko definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pouko works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Pouko lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Pouko tightens his grip and picks Kazaksavian up, before dumping him to the ground. Kazaksavian manages to land in guard.
Kazaksavian wants to sweep here but Pouko controlling him for the moment.
Kazaksavian looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Pouko puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Pouko is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kazaksavian sees it coming and defends easily.

Pouko is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Pouko in particular looking to stall.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Pouko has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Pouko's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Pouko looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Pouko passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Kazaksavian!

Kazaksavian bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Pouko is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pouko passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Kazaksavian!

Kazaksavian really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pouko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Pouko content just to control the position here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Touko Pouko dominated that round.
That's time! Pouko's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Kazaksavian takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Pouko goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Pouko is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kazaksavian can do to turn this around?

Pouko tries to bum rush Kazaksavian with a series of wild strikes but Kazaksavian uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Kazaksavian throws a big shot that misses.

Pouko throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kazaksavian tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Pouko is in Kazaksavian's guard.
Kazaksavian is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Pouko dives into side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kazaksavian can do anything to dispel that myth.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pouko is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Kazaksavian will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Touko Pouko overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Kazaksavian looks to move to half guard but instead Pouko has passed into mount! Damn!
Pouko takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Pouko seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kazaksavian for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a sustained period of stalling by Pouko.
If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Pouko is stinking the place up with his stalling.
Kazaksavian is in all sorts of trouble here.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Pouko controlling the pace for now.

Pouko is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kazaksavian can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Kazaksavian really wants to buck Pouko off and get back to his feet.
Pouko tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Kazaksavian wants to try and get back to his feet.

Kazaksavian wants to control but Pouko is having none of it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Pouko tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Pouko working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Kazaksavian turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Pouko off and cradles Kazaksavian's limp body as Pouko celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Touko Pouko!
