Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alyx Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohamed Lakhel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes to the cage accompanied by Get Got. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lakhel counters with a left and a right that stings Hall.

Hall moves into the clinch successfully.

Lakhel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hall swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Lakhel counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Lakhel.

Hall tries for a takedown but Lakhel sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Alyx Hall.
