Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jasper Hendrix!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brendan Pocketts!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendrix blocks a low kick nicely.
Pocketts drives through with a takedown into guard.
Hendrix wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Pocketts manages to pass to side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pocketts is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hendrix is just riding it out for now. Pocketts eventually gives up the hold.
Pocketts is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pocketts passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hendrix!
That's one minute gone in the round.

Hendrix knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pocketts on the ground.
Hendrix is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Pocketts locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Hendrix is forced to tap!
