Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chris Barath (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Can Crusher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Crusher digs a good body shot into Barath's ribs.
Barath pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Barath misses with a takedown
and Crusher counters with a left to the body.
A jab from Crusher finds it's way through Barath's defenses.
Barath throws a low kick, looking for Crusher's leg but Crusher calmly moves out of range.

Crusher cracks Barath with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Crusher has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Barath to stand back up!

Barath is rocked!

It looks like Chris Barath has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Crusher scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Barath doesn't seem bothered though.
Oh Barath is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Barath is breathing heavily.
Barath is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Crusher doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Barath crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Barath's bad books for that mishap!
