Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between King Pennington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Lashley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

and Pennington makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Pennington is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Lashley off. It looks like it's working - Lashley slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Pennington displaying calm under pressure there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lashley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pennington sprawls well. Pennington wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lashley gets slowly back to his feet.

Lashley has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Pennington is on him like a limpet, forcing Lashley back against the cage.

Pennington is pressed up against the cage. Lashley has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Pennington down to the mat. Pennington avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
