And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fjera misses with a wild body shot.
Fjera slips under a jab.
Speed misses with the combination.
Fjera avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Fjera shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Speed flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Fjera is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Speed sees it coming and defends easily.
Speed is looking to improve his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Speed wants to control but Fjera is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Fjera is keen to just control but Speed is a slippery customer.

Speed is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Fjera is putting a hurting on Speed here, landing some big shots from side control.

Fjera scores with a couple of short elbows.
Fjera is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Speed knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Speed is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Fjera asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Fjera tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fjera has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Speed looks to move to half guard but instead Fjera has passed into mount! Damn!
Speed is trying desperately to improve position.
Fjera looking to control but Speed is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fjera is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Speed is squirming around, avoiding Fjera's attempts to control the action.

Fjera has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Fjera postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Speed out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Fjera goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!

A relieved looking Nick Fjera thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
