Karelis comes into the arena with Sail - AwolNation blaring out of the sound system. Loveladdy has chosen Snoop Lion - Here Comes The King! as his entrance music. Eagle Loveladdy acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karelis swings widly with a right hand
and Loveladdy counters with a crisp one two that drops Karelis! Loveladdy thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Karelis to his feet! Karelis is in big trouble!
Karelis tries to clinch up but Loveladdy circles away and keeps his distance.
Loveladdy pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Karelis back to the cage. Loveladdy follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Loveladdy thows a body kick. Karelis tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Karelis moves out of range of the body kick.
Kostas Karelis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Loveladdy clinches.
Karelis misses with a short punch on the inside.
Karelis prevents a body shot from Loveladdy.
Karelis lands a shoulder strike.

Still in the clinch, Karelis scores with a nice short uppercut.
Loveladdy digs a right hand underneath Karelis's ribcage. Karelis let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Karelis throws a punch but it's blocked by Loveladdy.
Karelis tries to work over Loveladdy's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Karelis is breathing heavily.
Loveladdy cracks Karelis with a nice body shot.
Loveladdy breaks the clinch.
Loveladdy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Karelis.

Loveladdy scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Loveladdy has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Karelis is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Karelis was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

and Loveladdy counters with a nice kick to the body.
Karelis takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

It looks like Kostas Karelis has been cut.
Karelis gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Loveladdy.

Loveladdy has closed the distance and engaged Karelis in a clinch.
Oh Karelis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Loveladdy breaks the clinch.
Eagle Loveladdy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Loveladdy feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Karelis's calf.
Loveladdy is stalking Karelis. Karelis circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Loveladdy, and it's lights out! Karelis really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
