Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jc Callahan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and White Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jc Callahan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, White Boy!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Kavanagh and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boy clinches with his opponent.

Boy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Boy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Callahan's guard.
Callahan is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Boy dives into side control.

Callahan is looking for a sweep.
Callahan struggling a bit here.
Boy working the body and head with strikes.
Boy tries to move to mount but Callahan blocks the move with his legs.
Callahan is being controlled here.

Callahan wants to control but Boy postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like Boy might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Callahan can't do much from the bottom here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Callahan tries to bench press Boy off him but Boy keeps the position.
Boy has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Boy controlling the pace for now.
Boy raining down shots from the mount!
Callahan wants to control but Boy is having none of it.
Boy working away from the top, dropping strikes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Boy takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Boy wants to finish this one by submission but Callahan is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Boy.
Boy scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Callahan?

Boy working for a guillotine from mount but Callahan is in no mood to give up.
Callahan wants to hold on but Boy pushes him away.
Boy controlling the pace for now.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Boy lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Callahan hang on?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

White Boy dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!



Boy closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Boy lands in his opponent's guard.
Boy sitting in guard, not really doing much.
White Boy has got the better of the ground game so far.
Boy postures up.
Boy's corner is telling him to maintain position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Boy gets to his feet. Callahan looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Callahan has Boy up against the cage in a clinch.
Boy has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Callahan trying to control the position but instead, Boy has worked for underhooks and has pushed Callahan into the cage.
Callahan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Boy manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Boy has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Boy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Callahan defends well.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boy throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Boy has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Callahan doesn't defend quickly enough and Boy has managed to lock this one up! Can Callahan escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Boy on a fantastic submission victory.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). White Boy!
